If your route was cancelled, in most cases you won’t need to do a thing: We will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets.
Replacement Tickets
If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, please contact us or visit our main office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our standard policy for tickets purchased online is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up, we’ll do everything we can to help.
